Qualificações

• BA/BS in Sales/Marketing/Business Admin is required.
• Extensive sales/business development experience and product knowledge.
• Extensive industry knowledge is required for the segment.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Possess expertise knowledge of the segment's customers, product applications, and competitive environment.
• Develop and implement the strategy that supports growth and profitability goals in the segment, including sales process, product information, and inventory.
• Monitor sales and marketing activity of the segment to provide leadership and direction that drives performance and profitability.
• Coordinate activities with District Sales Managers, Pricing Director, Product Managers, and Operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs in the segment and develop the company presence.
• Manage people as required: hire, train, manage, and develop sales staff.
