THE·TEAM is seeking a VP, Experiential Operations & Production to turn creative concepts into exceptional live experiences. You will lead production from brief through execution, coordinating teams, vendors and budgets to deliver on time and on budget.

You will partner with Senior clients and agency leaders to protect creative intent, manage risk and scale across multiple programs, while mentoring teams and driving profitable growth.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in experiential, live event or integrated production.
• Agency environment experience with large, high-visibility programs.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and margins.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for complex experiential programs from brief to closeout.
• Translate client objectives into scopes, plans, budgets and staffing models.
• Oversee multiple teams, allocate resources and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, change control and vendor commitments.
• Build and manage a network of production partners while upholding standards.
• Ensure safety, compliance, insurance and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior clients and agency leaders to align scope, timing and quality.
