Job summary

THE·TEAM in New York seeks a VP, Experiential Operations & Production to lead end-to-end production for complex live programs, translating client objectives into feasible plans and delivering on time and on budget.

Working cross-functionally with Client Service, Creative and Finance, you will mentor producers, build a best-in-class partner network, and drive profitability while upholding THE·TEAM standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in experiential, live event or integrated production.
• Agency environment with high-visibility programs.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for complex experiential programs.
• Translate creative concepts into scopes, production plans, schedules and budgets.
• Oversee multiple teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Uphold safety, quality and on-time delivery; manage risk and reconciliation.
