The ideal candidate has 12+ years in experiential marketing, strong leadership, and expertise in mobile tours, live events, and field campaigns, with a proven track record in budgeting and profitability.

Qualifications

12+ years of experiential marketing and event production experience.
Significant leadership experience managing a production department of 10+ employees.
Expertise producing national mobile tours, live events, field marketing programs, and experiential campaigns.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
Proven success supporting agency new business efforts through rapid development of production approaches, budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and execution strategies.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of executives through coordinators and field staff.
Create a culture of accountability and collaboration across the department.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
Own the department's financial performance including forecasting, profitability, and margins.
Partner with leadership on growth strategies, proposals, and client pitches.
Travel for client meetings, site visits, and onsite execution.
