Job summary
BairesDev is hiring a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, and guest strategy, with end-to-end hosting and budget management.
The role targets US/Canada buyers, includes travel, and requires producing flagship events like private dinners, suites, and strategic experiences for CTOs and VPs.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies
- Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers
- 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers
- Experience producing international or destination events
- Experience hosting with a CEO or senior executive as host
- Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show and on-site hosting
- Build invite lists and manage invitations to meet attendance targets for C-level and VP guests
- Manage budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, and cost per attendee
- Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influence in CRM
- Create a repeatable annual events calendar and playbook
- Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad
