Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets and on-site hosting, in coordination with CEO and account teams.

You will measure impact by meetings and pipeline, report ROI to marketing and sales leadership, and build a repeatable playbook for annual executive events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international or destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show and on-site hosting.
• Build invitation strategy, assemble lists with commercial teams, manage RSVPs and attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, agencies and talent; track cost per attendee.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-ups and pipeline, and report ROI to leadership.
• Create annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook, with formats and vendor roster.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF-related events.
