Job summary

BairesDev is recruiting a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation‑only experiences for senior technology executives. You will oversee concept creation, venues, vendors, invitations, budgets, and on‑site hosting with the CEO and account teams.

You will travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad; remote work is allowed with US/Canada base and Pacific Coast preferred. Strong English and 6+ years in marketing required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies
• Experience producing invitation‑only experiences for C‑level and VP buyers
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers
• Experience producing events with a CEO or senior executive as host

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with ABM from target and existing accounts.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, and vendors; track cost per attendee.
• Measure results via attendees, follow‑ups, and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
• Build a repeatable playbook and annual events calendar; ensure compliance and safe hosting.
