Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. in Rutland, VT seeks a strategic Head of the Enterprise PMO to lead enterprise project, program, and portfolio management and to mature governance, standards, tools, and delivery practices to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to improve portfolio visibility, strengthen delivery predictability, and build PMO capability across the

Qualifications

10+ years of project and program management experience, incl. 5+ years building/leading maturing PMO or transformation office.
Experience developing governance frameworks, portfolio management processes, delivery standards, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

Directs and manages the Enterprise PMO function, including project/program managers and delivery resources.
Develops and matures enterprise PMO governance, standards, templates, and reporting.
Manages the enterprise portfolio to align with priorities, value, and budgets.
Leads portfolio intake, prioritization, and stage-gate reviews with executive leadership.
Delivers executive-level reporting on portfolio health, risks, and benefits realization.
