Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC seeks a transformative senior leader to head the Enterprise Program Office, guiding portfolio management and execution of our highest-priority initiatives. You will partner with business and technology leaders to align plans, resources, and governance for enterprise-wide impact.

You will coach PMs, establish standardized methods, and drive a culture of disciplined execution and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 13+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio management and 4+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Proven experience building or leading an Enterprise PMO and leading complex cross-functional programs with executive teams.
• Proven success building scalable PMO standards, governance, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Program Office for highest-priority strategic initiatives.
• Oversee prioritization, planning, and portfolio reviews with executive leaders.
• Set delivery strategies, governance, integrated plans, and success measures.
• Manage planning, dependency and risk management, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Coach program managers and develop organizational program management maturity.
• Champion strong execution across cross-functional teams.
