Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its Enterprise PMO to lead high-priority strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation. You will create integrated plans, align multiple functions, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready updates for decisive action.

The role emphasizes governance, portfolio health monitoring, and change management across operations, technology, finance, and commercial teams to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive structure across priorities.
• Experience establishing governance, executive reporting, and decision forums for high-visibility projects.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid PM methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives with dependencies and resources.
• Business acumen with evaluation of tradeoffs and benefits.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office; portfolio/reporting tools preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree; PMI-ACP or PgMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Align Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, People around priorities.
• Identify risks and changes with mitigation plans and readiness requirements.
• Manage scope, timelines, and benefits realization across portfolios.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Monitor milestone health, budgets, and capacity insights for portfolio planning.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change-management activities.
• Advance enterprise PMO governance standards and templates.
• Coach project managers on planning, risk management, and delivery discipline.
