Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead demand intake, portfolio governance, and capacity across its Enterprise Business Systems function. You will partner with business and technology leaders to prioritise work, drive delivery, and ensure robust governance across global entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• PMO or portfolio management certification (PMP/MSP/P3O) is preferred.
• Typically 7+ years in PMO, portfolio or project management roles, including IT-related PMO leadership.

Responsibilities

• Demand intake and prioritization governance for the EBS portfolio.
• Maintain a complete view of the EBS project portfolio and run health reviews.
• Plan and optimize resourcing across EBS teams, contractors and partners.
• Oversee the lifecycle of change requests and defects in ERP or critical systems.
• Run governance forums and ensure robust business cases and investment proposals.
• Build dashboards and papers for executive and steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and governance.
