Casella seeks a results-driven Director of Enterprise PMO to lead the organization’s project, program, and portfolio management at strategic and operational levels. You will mature governance, standards, tools, and reporting to ensure initiatives align with business strategy and deliver measurable value.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will partner with executives and delivery teams to improve visibility, manage risks, and build PM capability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio governance and executive stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead PMO maturation, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages the Enterprise PMO function and its resources.
• Develops and improves enterprise PMO governance, standards, templates, and reporting.
• Manages portfolio alignment with priorities, value, and budget constraints.
• Leads portfolio intake, prioritization, and stage-gate reviews with executives.
• Presents executive-level reporting on portfolio health, risks, and benefits realization.
• Collaborates with business, IT, finance, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into programs.
• Ensures delivery accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and adoption.
• Maintains standardized documentation, dashboards, and governance materials.
