Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years in Enterprise PMO, Technology Operations, or Transformation leadership with increasing complexity and responsibility.
- 7+ years leading strategic operations teams with budget, vendor, and portfolio governance.
- Proven track record guiding B2B SaaS organizations through rapid growth and transformational change at scale.
Responsibilities
- Establish intake, prioritization, and governance for a multi-initiative enterprise portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional execution across digital transformation, market expansion, and commercial offerings.
- Develop capacity models and balance resources to prevent burnout across global programs.
- Serve as primary escalation point for cross-functional blockers and risk management.
