Job summary

• Proven experience leading a full-scale PMO and enterprise project portfolio.
• Hands-on experience managing large, complex, strategic initiatives.
• Experience across M&A integration, IT infrastructure, and business transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise PMO, including governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management
• Personally manage the organization’s largest and most visible strategic projects
• Oversee M&A, Infrastructure, and Business Transformation Project Managers
• Partner with executive leadership on project prioritization, resources, risks, and business objectives
• Monitor project delivery, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
