FMG Suite is seeking a Director of Enterprise Onboarding & Migrations to own end-to-end onboarding and migrations for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, compliant delivery at scale. The role combines executive stakeholder management with hands-on program execution and product-minded process improvement.

The position emphasizes building scalable SOPs, leading a senior team, and driving automation and AI-enabled improvements across onboarding and migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise onboarding or delivery leadership.
• Direct experience owning programs end to end with exec stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• SaaS or platform delivery with API, SSO, data provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Own outcome of enterprise onboarding programs from kick-off to go-live.
• Set KPIs and performance standards for the team.
• Lead a small senior team and scale with book growth.
• Build repeatable processes and SOPs for scalability.
• Report progress to enterprise partners.
