FMG Suite is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager to own end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams across design, development, and BD migrations to deliver on time and in scope.

You will lead a growing team of Enterprise Onboarding Specialists, build repeatable playbooks, and drive AI-assisted delivery while maintaining strong client relationships with senior stakeholders in financial services and wealth management.

About the Role

The Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager owns the successful implementation of every enterprise client assigned to them, from the day the agreement is signed to the day the program is handed off to Home Office Success. This is the single accountable owner for whether an enterprise home office lands on the FMG platform on time, in scope and confident in the partnership.

The Standard Enterprise Platform Implementation commits FMG to a named Implementation Project Manager. This includes weekly standing meetings, a project plan with milestones, an issue and request log maintained with weekly status and facilitated workstreams with the client's change management and IT teams.

Enterprise Onboarding Specialists report to the Project Manager and cover the programs the Project Manager is assigned to. Building that team into a group that can be trusted in front of a home office is a core part of the job.

The role also sits at the center of a coordination problem. Enterprise programs consume shared capacity across Creative Delivery, Technical Delivery, and BD Migrations. Where a program involves moving a book of advisors, this role partners directly with the BD Migrations Manager to sequence and land it. The combination required: the discipline to run a formal program with real artifacts, the presence to hold a senior home office audience, and the judgment to know when to flex and when flexing would set a precedent FMG has to honor forever. The goal is not to project manage enterprise onboarding as it runs today but to build the best operating model possible.

Compensation

This position offers $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

Program Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of every assigned enterprise implementation, from any pre-sale conversation, signature, build and hand-off to Home Office Success.
• Build and maintain the project plan, milestone sequence and hold the program to it.
• Knowing the difference between an in-scope request or a product request is an important part of the position.

Client Relationship and Governance

• Serve as the implementation point of contact for the home office and the escalation path when something goes wrong.
• Attend and manage weekly meetings to facilitate workstream sessions with the client's change management and IT teams.
• Own each weekly call with an agenda and coordinate FMG subject matter experts into client conversations, and prepare them so those conversations are meaningful. You should be the expert in the room around the project and milestones.
• Capture a baseline of client success metrics at kick-off and report against them.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Pull and sequence shared capacity across design, front-end development, fulfillment, product and support, none of which report to this role.
• Partner with the BD Migrations Manager on any program that moves a book of advisors, jointly owning sequencing, readiness and the landing.
• Work with sales and revenue operations so that what was sold matches what gets delivered and flag the gap early when it does not.
• Hand off cleanly to Home Office Success at project close, with documentation the receiving team can actually use.
• Lead the Enterprise Onboarding Specialists assigned to your programs: set the standard, assign the work and hold the quality bar.
• Develop Specialists into people who can be put in front of a home office without supervision.
• Give direct, timely feedback and address performance issues rather than routing around them.
• Build capacity deliberately, so that program knowledge lives in documentation rather than in one person's head.

Process and Standards

• Document the implementation process as you run it and turn what works into a repeatable playbook.
• Build the templates, trackers and reporting that let any program be picked up by someone else.
• Identify where onboarding is manual, repetitive or dependent on individual memory and fix it structurally.
• When a new type of onboarding arrives define what it requires before it starts rather than after.

AI-First Expectation

FMG is building an AI-first delivery organization and the Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager is expected to lead adoption of these tools on their team with confidence and intention. Enterprise onboarding generates exactly the work AI is good at: status synthesis, meeting documentation, issue log triage, first-draft client communications, data validation and turning scattered program knowledge into usable documentation. The Project Manager should be using these tools daily and making it normal for the Specialists to do the same.

On a program where a home office is watching closely the time AI gives back is time returned to the parts of the job that require a person: reading the room handling a difficult escalation and building the client's trust. This role's job is to make sure that philosophy is lived out in how the team actually works every day and to flag honestly where the tools are helping and where they are not.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who has run real programs for demanding clients and can hold their own in a room full of senior stakeholders.

Experience and Background

• Meaningful experience managing complex client implementations onboardings or software delivery programs ideally in financial services wealth management insurance or a regulated SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning programs end to end with genuine accountability for the outcome rather than for coordination alone.
• Direct experience managing enterprise or home office stakeholders including senior ones and holding a relationship through a period when delivery was not going well.
• People leadership experience or clear evidence of readiness for it.
• Familiarity with SSO CRM integration bulk provisioning or platform configuration work or the technical fluency to get there quickly.
• Experience with compliance-governed delivery is a strong advantage.

Skills and Qualifications

• Real project management discipline plans milestones issue logs and status reporting that people actually rely on.
• The ability to read a room pitch an answer at the right altitude and know when a detailed response is the wrong response.
• The judgment to flex for a client without creating a precedent FMG cannot sustain and the confidence to say no when that is the right answer.
• Comfort influencing teams you do not manage and getting shared resources to move without authority over them.
• A systems instinct you see the repeatable pattern inside a one-off and build for it.
• Written communication strong enough that your status updates and documentation carry the program on their own.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward defining a process rather than waiting for one.
