FMG Suite is seeking an Enterprise Success Specialist to strengthen enterprise relationships and coordinate resources to resolve issues, train users, and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with sales, implementation, marketing, product, and customer service teams to support enterprise accounts.

You’ll report to the Director of Enterprise Success and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a customer support role.
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
• Offers exceptional customer service with every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an intermediary between home office partners and internal teams to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with Enterprise Success Manager to create reports on retention metrics.
• Handle complex escalated inquiries from home offices and drive product adoption.
