Job summary

FMG Suite is seeking a BD Migration Manager to own every migration and the account setup operation. You will lead a team across migrations, broker-dealer changes, and setups, including offshore contract resources, ensuring high-quality, timely execution for large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Three+ years leading an operations/fulfillment/implementation team.
• Experience owning high-volume operational queues with defined service levels.
• Experience writing and maintaining operational documentation.
• Experience working with offshore/contract resources is a plus.
• Financial services or compliance-gov industry exposure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own migration delivery end-to-end: planning, execution, verification, handoff.
• Lead broker-dealer changes, queue management, and service standards.
• Own setups, provisioning, downgrades, and local search fulfillment.
• Maintain and improve the SOP library; write new SOPs for programs.
• Onboard/train team members; manage capacity planning and KPIs.
