Job summary

FMG Suite in Sandy, Utah is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to lead the client-facing delivery for complex broker-dealer programs. You will own repeatable workflows, write clear client tickets, validate data, and coordinate with design, development and compliance to ensure a smooth go-live process.

You’ll collaborate with project managers and home office teams, using judgment to decide when to act or escalate.

Qualifications

Several years in client service, onboarding, or implementation, ideally in financial services or SaaS.
Proven ability to carry a book of client work independently and reliably.
Experience running client-facing calls and managing expectations.
Familiarity with website build, digital marketing, or platform implementation.
Comfort with CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Carry day-to-day delivery work across enterprise programs assigned to by the Project Manager.
Move accounts through the full build pipeline: discovery, design, build, review, go-live.
Validate intake, questionnaires, and client data; write clear tickets to design and fulfillment.
Coordinate with design, front-end development, and compliance; manage go-live domain deliverables.
Maintain accurate status updates and escalate risks early.
