Job summary

Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise to own onboarding for our largest and most complex firms in a hybrid role based in the Los Angeles area. You will drive end-to-end onboarding from Sales handoff through operational readiness, training completion, and knowledge transfer to ongoing teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement with COOs, CCOs, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements for top Enterprise clients.
• Define and enforce onboarding standards, milestones, and knowledge transfers.
• Design engagement sessions tailored to each firm’s structure and audiences.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Success teams to scale onboarding.
