Job summary

TruMed Systems Incorporated seeks a senior leader to build and run our new Enterprise Customer Execution capability. You will own cross-functional delivery across Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics, turning complex enterprise commitments into repeatable, high‑quality outcomes.

Based in San Diego, you will lead our largest deployments, travel up to 40%, and report directly to the Executive Chairman, establishing cadence, playbooks, and governance to scale executive‑level

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise programs.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployments.
• Healthcare/pharma/tech/medical devices domain experience.
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated enterprise deployment plan and sign-off on delivery commitments.
• Build playbooks, processes, tools, and team structure for repeatable enterprise execution.
• Identify risks and escalate to resolve cross-functional prioritization conflicts.
• Establish operating cadence with reviews, reporting, and decision forums across functions.
• Lead deployments through implementation, go-live, Hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
