Job summary

Tennr is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead enterprise deployments from kickoff to adoption. You will work with executives and operators, driving technical deliverables and building conviction across the customer organization.

You will train users personally, uphold deadlines, and surface blockers early. You will coordinate across leadership to staff and ensure value realization while maintaining accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation.
• A track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder work to completion across deadlines.
• A track record of connecting deployments to business outcomes and long term account growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present at an executive level and interact comfortably with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the timelines, issues, and risks for every deployment in your portfolio.
• Build the training materials that ensure customers can use Tennr's products successfully.
• Partner with Platform Strategists to make sure the workflows you design deliver maximum ROI.
• Create the QBRs that make that value visible to customer leadership.
• Keep every account in good standing so the partnership can grow.
• Translate deep technical complexity into language an executive or a frontline operator can act on immediately.
• Engage across the customer organization, from leadership to the staff who use what we deliver.
