Job summary

Tru Consulting is seeking a Delivery Manager to own delivery outcomes across client engagements and portfolios in the United States. You will lead delivery teams, collaborate with Project Managers on governance, and act as the primary escalation point for risks, quality, and tradeoffs to ensure client success.

At the Manager level, you will model leadership readiness through coaching, mentorship, and on-project guidance, preparing for progression toward Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6–10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise software delivery, or professional services.
• Experience leading delivery teams and owning outcomes across complex engagements.
• Prior people management is preferred but not required; coaching and mentorship are valued.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across assigned client engagements or portfolios.
• Ensure engagements meet Tru standards for quality, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, tradeoffs, and quality issues.
• Lead delivery teams on projects, setting expectations and direction for execution.
• Partner with Project Managers who own delivery governance, timelines, and risk tracking.
• Support PM authority by reinforcing cadence, escalation, and delivery discipline.
• Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and quality controls.
