Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director to lead Enterprise Data & Intelligence in a remote-friendly environment with a strong on-site requirement in San Diego. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering in life sciences/pharma.
• Experience leading enterprise data platform implementations with modern cloud architectures.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities through internal teams, MSPs, and strategic partners.
• Strong ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Establish and evolve an enterprise operating model balancing centralized data platforms with business-owned analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where trusted data improves decision-making and efficiency.
• Lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
• Build the Enterprise Data & Intelligence function through an MSP-first operating model and progressive internal capabilities.
• Maintain executive oversight of the portfolio including financial planning, investments, and vendor management.
