Job summary

TruMed Systems, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a senior leader to build and lead our Enterprise Customer Execution capability. You will own large, high-stakes deployments across Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Support, Logistics, and executive leadership, shaping how we scale to major national customers.

You will report to the Executive Chairman and drive cross-functional decisions quickly to deliver on commitments in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise customer programs, implementations, deployments, or operations.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployments from the vendor side.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, technology, medical devices, field services, or another complex operating environment.
• Exceptional organizational discipline and follow-through and ability to create structure where it is missing.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated enterprise deployment plan and sign off on delivery commitments.
• Build playbooks, processes, tools, and team structure for repeatable enterprise execution.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution with escalation to the Executive Chairman.
• Establish operating cadence to align Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics.
• Lead deployments through implementation, go-live, Hypercare, and steady-state transitions.
