Qualifications

• Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise deployment lifecycle from scope to stabilisation.
• Build implementation methodology with stage gates and templates.
• Run a central portfolio across technical components of deployments.
• Build and lead Implementation Managers and engineering capacity across regions.
• Ensure readiness processes with SSO and integration requirements.
• Define interfaces with Product and Engineering for clear product gaps.
• Set metrics for onboarding, go-live milestones and deployment variance.
• Recruit and manage a high-agency implementation team across regions.
