Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to partner with customers, guiding architecture and deployment of Claude in enterprise environments. You will translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions, balancing safety and reliability while articulating value to executives and technical teams.

In collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will craft evals, design architectures, and articulate clear ROI from Claude adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Experience designing cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Advise customers on Claude adoption from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architectural decisions and integration with existing tech stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
• Identify common patterns and contribute insights to Product/Engineering.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments.
