• 12+ years of progressively senior sales leadership with new-business build-out experience.
• Experience designing multi-brand go-to-market strategies in education or related sectors.
• Strong CRM/HubSpot proficiency and hands-on revOps capability.

Responsibilities

• Own new-business growth across five J-1 brands with tailored GTM strategies.
• Build and run a national partner network and pipeline across schools and districts.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and CRM architecture in collaboration with Sales Ops.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while expanding market reach.
