Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to own a multi-brand J-1 teacher-placement growth function. You’ll build five coherent GTM strategies, design a scalable pipeline, and align marketing, partnerships, and operations with executive leadership.

This role requires deep K-12 market understanding, CRM/RevOps hands-on expertise, and a track record of creating durable multi-brand sales engines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership, including building a new-business function from scratch.
• Working knowledge of J-1 exchange-visitor sponsorship (preferred).
• Strong understanding of K-12 buyers: districts, charters, vouchers, and private schools.
• Proven track record leading multi-brand or multi-product GTM initiatives.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience; able to architect pipelines and automation.
• Experience building durable partner networks with government, communities, or recruiters.
• Commitment to compliance and quality in growth initiatives.
• Comfortable partnering with data/AI teams to inform sales decisions.
• Operates with speed, collaboration, and a self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and execute a Fall 2027 go-to-market sprint across five J-1 brands.
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend with executive leadership.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, deal velocity, CRM.
• Lead revenue and demand generation: campaigns, referrals, lead scoring.
• Build a durable, multi-brand new-sales motion across districts and networks.
• Lead J-1 marketing strategies to schools, states, partners, and teachers.
