Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to drive the five-brand J-1 teacher-placement business (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You’ll build five coherent go-to-market strategies while sharing a unified support backbone, including HubSpot, sales ops, and market intelligence.

You’ll run a fast-paced, leadership-driven program with board backing, owning budgets, teams, and a data-driven approach to create durable revenue growth across national networks and districts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales or GTM leadership experience.
• Proven track record building a new-business function from scratch.
• Strong understanding of J-1 exchange-visitor program and sponsorship.
• Deep knowledge of K-12 district and school buying dynamics.
• Experience building partner networks with government or recruiters.
• Comfort working with data/AI teams for sales and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new multi-brand sales function across five J-1 brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend, in collaboration with executives.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM stack.
• Build durable, multi-year go-to-market motions for net-new district and network growth.
• Develop five tailored GTM strategies reflecting each brand’s offer.
