Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior growth and new-business leader to architect and run a multi-brand GTM engine across five J-1 brand lines. You will own five go-to-market strategies, coordinate marketing, sales ops, and partnerships while reporting to executive leadership and the board.

You’ll build scalable processes, lead a budget and resource plan, and ensure compliance and quality across a distributed sales organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch
• Strong understanding of multi-brand go-to-market strategies
• Comfort with CRM/RevOps and data-driven pipelines
• Track record building partner networks with government or community orgs

Responsibilities

• Lead five concurrent go-to-market strategies for five brands
• Own budget, resourcing, and investment cases for new-sales
• Stand up sales Ops, pipeline forecasting, and deal velocity
• Develop a durable, multi-brand new-sales engine
• Collaborate across brands, Marketing, Enterprise Sales, and Operations
