Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks an experienced sales leader to own a multi-brand new-sales motion across five J-1 teacher programs. You will align brand-specific GTM strategies with a shared operational backbone, including CRM, forecasting, and partner ecosystems.

You will partner with compliance and program teams to ensure quality placements while driving pipeline growth and collaboration with enterprise sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch.
• Comfort with multi-brand, differentiated go-to-market strategies.
• Strong collaboration with operations, marketing, and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new multi-brand sales function across five J-1 organizations.
• Develop and run five coherent GTM strategies reflecting each brand offering.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and CRM infrastructure.
• Build and grow a national partner network with ED departments and recruiters.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while scaling pipeline with AI support.
