Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC is seeking a senior sales leader to own a new multi-brand GTM for five J-1 teacher-placement brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will build and run five coherent strategies, stand up sales operations and HubSpot pipelines, and grow a national partner network with state education departments and recruiters.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executive leadership.
• Track record in multi-brand, long-cycle B2B/B2G sales in education or related fields.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience with HubSpot or equivalent.
• Ability to build and grow partner networks with state departments of education and recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead five distinct GTM strategies for TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline forecasting, and deal velocity improvements.
• Develop a national partner network with state DOEs, communities, and recruiters.
• Own marketing for the J-1 programs and collaborate with data/AI teams.
• Build and manage a new sales function with an org-wide mandate and board backing.
