Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to own a multi-brand J-1 teacher-placement growth engine. This is a true leadership seat, building five coherent go-to-market strategies for TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC with board backing.

You will design pipelines, stand up sales ops and CRM architecture, grow a national partner network, and ensure compliance and placement quality while reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch.
• Knowledge of J-1 exchange-visitor program is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of K-12 school buying across district, charter, and private networks.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience (HubSpot or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Ship a go-to-market strategy quickly across five brands.
• Build five go-to-market motions tailored to each brand.
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and deal velocity.
• Lead marketing for J-1 programs and grow partner networks.
