Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to own a multi-brand J-1 teacher-placement GTM across five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You’ll shape pipelines, budgets, and partnerships with state departments, districts, and recruiters, turning market insight into live growth.

This is a build-from-scratch leadership role reporting to executive leadership, with board backing for resources, marketing, and sales ops.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with 12+ years in sales, growth, or GTM roles.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executives or a board.
• Understanding of J-1 program basics and K-12 school sales dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead five go-to-market motions for five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Build and own pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity with sales ops.
• Develop budgets, headcount plans, tooling, and partner spend.
• Stand up revenue generation and demand-gen engines across districts and networks.
• Maintain compliance and quality in placements and partnerships.
