Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC is seeking a senior sales leader to own a multi-brand GTM for five J-1 teacher programs. You will build and run a repeatable sales engine, stand up pipeline, forecasting, and a unified CRM stack aligned with marketing, enterprise sales, and operations.

You’ll manage a team focused on net-new growth, partner referrals, and compliance. A track record in education sales and cross-brand leadership is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting results to leadership.
• Track record in multi-brand GTM strategies for education-related services.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience and ability to architect pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a new multi-brand sales engine across five J-1 programs.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and deal velocity with a CRM backbone.
• Develop and manage a national partner network and influence education stakeholders.
• Align marketing, enterprise sales, and operations to enable growth.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while pursuing aggressive growth.
