Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA preferred.
• CPCU or related designation preferred.
• 10+ years in Commercial P&C insurance, agency management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in geographic expansion and agency appointment strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute distribution initiatives.
• Develop and execute agency compensation strategies with IT alignment.
• Lead training programs for agency partners and internal staff.
• Partner with Marketing and regional offices on engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
