Aspire General Insurance Company seeks a distribution leader to drive growth and profitability across agency and broker networks. The role leads strategy, market expansion, and high-performing sales teams, collaborating with executive partners to strengthen the carrier’s market position.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue and Distribution Officer, you will expand multi-state partnerships, manage large accounts, and champion data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership with 10+ years in senior roles in distribution.
• Proven revenue growth, market expansion, and sales performance track record.
• Experience managing large books of business and high-performance teams.
• Strong relationship-building with agency partners, brokers, and executives.
• Licensed Property & Casualty professional with ability to travel 75%.
• Strategic, analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution and agency growth strategies.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales teams across markets.
• Drive profitable growth and optimize distribution performance.
• Expand relationships with agencies, brokers, aggregators, and national accounts.
• Leverage market intelligence and analytics for opportunities.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and Operations to align goals.
• Champion innovation and operational excellence.
