C3 AI is seeking a hands-on demand generation leader to build and run programs that create qualified pipeline. This player-coach role requires setting strategy, shipping campaigns yourself, and owning the results.

You will partner across Sales, Product Marketing, Alliances, and Marketing Operations to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. You will define MQL criteria, own the motion after handoff, and establish an analytics practice that tracks attribution, funnel performance, and spend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 6–10 years in demand generation, growth, or digital marketing at a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company.
• Hands-on operator who builds and runs campaigns end-to-end and owns pipeline metrics.
• Fluent in funnel metrics: attribution, conversion, and lead scoring; defined MQL criteria and sales handoff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across teams.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand generation metrics, budget, ROAS, and partner agencies; shift spend toward what converts.
• Put campaigns into market, launch, and continuously improve across channels.
• Define MQL criteria and own post-MQL motion from nurture to sales handoff.
• Build an analytics-driven measurement layer with attribution, funnels, and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to scale campaign production, analysis, and personalization.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Alliances, Communications, and Web; mentor the team.
