Job summary

Easygenerator is seeking a data-driven Head of Demand Generation to own our end-to-end demand engine across paid, organic, website, SEO/GEO, content, and conversion.

In this role you will turn product positioning into high-performing demand programs that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen authority, and improve full-funnel conversion. You will lead teams and align with PMM, Revenue, and Leadership to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital growth with a strategic mindset.
• 2+ years leading marketing teams and budgets of €2M+.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue with paid, CRO, and SEO/GEO.
• Hands-on with AI agents and AI-driven marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own paid, organic, website, and conversion channels for demand.
• Translate targets into clear growth roadmaps.
• Deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
• Lead website structure, UX, landing pages, and CRO.
• Manage €2M+ budget and attribution-driven optimization.
• Lead and scale paid, content, web, and design teams.
