Actioneer is building a voice-first customer engagement platform for enterprises. We’re hiring a Demand Generations Lead to build and scale marketing-sourced pipeline, set the demand strategy, own the pipeline target, and create the campaigns that bring new customers in.

This hands-on role partners with Sales, Ops and Product, shaping how a new category finds its buyers and leading a small, capable team to run multi-channel programs end to end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation at seed to Series B.
• Experience building repeatable marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Experience multi-channel programs: ABM, paid, email, events, outbound.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline toward quarterly targets.
• Develop ICP and target account program for Sales.
• Create agent-first and self-serve funnels from visitors to opportunities.
• Drive measurable pipeline from Tier 1 events and partners (AWS).
• Build AI-native demand stack and lead growth marketer.
