Job summary

Turo is hiring an Network Operations Lead, Travel to design and operate a national delivery network for car delivery to airports, hotels, and homes. You will lead a small team, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partnerships, and own the operating model, economics, and reliability of the network.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations and a track record building multi-market logistics networks, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or general management with multi-market delivery
• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, operations, supply chain, or business
• Proven track record building and running delivery networks across many markets
• Strong analytical, data-driven operating rigor

Responsibilities

• Design the logistics and physical infra for airports and delivery zones
• Stand up mobility hubs with staging, parking, and turnover
• Lead the Airport PM and Delivery Zones PM
• Define SLAs for on-time delivery and turnover
• Partner with Data to surface KPIs and drive action
• Own cost-to-serve and unit economics
• Manage parking, turnover, staging, and tech partnerships
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance
