Turo Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to run the Project Management Office for Turo Operations in the Phoenix area.

You will shape the PMO, mentor a team of Project Managers, and partner with executives to advance high-impact initiatives that drive the company’s car-sharing platform forward. You will own the project portfolio, establish governance, and ensure delivery with measurable outcomes, leveraging DMAIC and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management, including 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proven expertise defining and implementing PMO standards, processes, and methodologies in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Project Management team.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• High proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana for executive reporting and resource management.
• Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert ability to influence, build alignment, and gain consensus across senior leadership and cross-functional VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable project roadmaps.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision with exceptional organizational skills.
• Based in Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the PMO strategy and best practices across Turo Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, fostering excellence and accountability.
• Own the strategic roadmap and prioritization of high-impact projects with executive leadership.
• Establish standardized governance, reporting, and communication frameworks across initiatives.
• Ensure rigorous application of DMAIC to vet, plan, and execute projects with measurable impact.
• Develop relationships with VP/Director-level stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and escalate risks to senior leaders.
• Oversee PM tools (Asana) for data integrity and executive visibility.
• Drive accountability to meet milestones, deliverables, and business goals.
