Job summary

Turo Inc. is seeking a Vendor Management professional to strengthen vendor partnerships and manage operations across Tier 1, Tier 2, Verifications, Claims, and Trust & Safety.

You will leverage data to uncover root causes, create insights, and drive improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer and host experiences. The role requires 5+ years in vendor management or BPO leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with KPI-driven performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management or BPO leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced operations across customer support functions.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, performance management, quality, and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain vendor relationships; create joint business plans; resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance using data; audit operations for compliance; drive improvements.
• Oversee Tier 1, Tier 2, Verifications, Claims, and Trust & Safety vendor performance.
• Gather partner insights and guide communication to ensure high-quality responses.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor operations with business goals.
