Job summary

Turo is seeking a Senior Manager to design and run the Network Operations & Logistics, leading a small team and partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partnerships. You will own end-to-end delivery, hubs, and the operating model to scale from a handful of markets to a national footprint.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations and a strong track record building multi-market delivery networks, with SQL and BI fluency, and a bias for action in a fast-moving marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or general management at scale.
• Proven track record building and running a delivery or logistics network across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, data-driven operating rigor with SQL and BI tools; familiarity with Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the end-to-end delivery network across airports and delivery zones.
• Stand up mobility hubs with staging, parking, turnover locations.
• Launch and scale Pit Crew as a service across hubs with defined service model.
• Own network reliability with SLA ownership and incident analysis.
• Lead Airport PM and Delivery Zones PM, developing a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Data to surface underperformance and drive action.
