Job summary

GreatAmerica is expanding its Data Team and seeks a Director of Data, Analytics and Insights to guide enterprise analytics and customer insights. You will partner with Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance to shape data products, governance, and decision support for growth and risk management.

The role requires deep expertise in modern BI, data platforms, and leadership of analytics professionals, driving adoption and measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, IS, or Statistics.
• 8+ years in data, analytics, or BI with leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives at scale.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise data & analytics strategy with executives.
• Lead governance, prioritization, and measurement of analytics value.
• Develop data products and scalable self-service analytics capabilities.
• Lead customer insights and segmentation for business impact.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing analytics organization.
