Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience leading data/analytics teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature data-driven road map and governance.
• Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Team direction.
• Recruit and retain a diverse team and promote inclusion.
• Manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.
• Deliver project plans, budgets, and milestones; ensure timely completion.
• Communicate program results and adoption metrics to stakeholders.
