Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, data products, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with delivery, coaching, and resource management.
• Experience developing roadmaps and delivering analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and BI platform experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
• Experience working with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals while actively involved in solution design and executive reporting.
• Own analytics portfolio strategy, standards, and operating cadence to deliver insights and data products.
• Partner with operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other functions to move initiatives forward.
• Improve data trust, reduce manual processes, and enable data-driven decision making.
