Qualifications

10+ years in data analytics, BI, strategy, or technical leadership, incl. 2+ years managing analytics teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s preferred for standout candidates.
Strong revenue, retention, and KPI focus with commercial acumen.
Experience building enterprise KPI frameworks, dashboards, forecasting, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the company-wide data strategy, governance, and tech ecosystem.
Identify drivers of revenue, growth, retention, and publication health; translate data to executive insights.
Develop predictive models for market density, customer behavior, and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product to define metrics and close gaps.
Establish attribution, KPIs, and a test-and-learn program to evaluate initiatives.
Mentor and lead a high-performing analytics team and foster data-driven culture.
