Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically 7+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong knowledge of insurance data and business metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance, and enablement.
• Manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.

• Forecast, budget, and staffing aligned with data strategy goals.
